Thank You for Building a Legacy of Hope
Now more than ever, it is crucial to educate the American public—especially young people—about antisemitism, its historical context, and the dangers of following popular opinion without critically examining facts and nuances.
The Hilton Family Holocaust Education Center (HFHEC) will be a state-of-the-art facility, spanning 28,500 square feet, located on the grounds of the Cutler✡Plotkin Jewish Heritage Center. It will serve students in grades 7 to 12 across Arizona, guided by three core Jewish values: remembrance (zakhor), life (chai), and repairing the world (tikkun olam). We honor the memory of the six million who perished at the hands of the Nazis, including 1.5 million children, and celebrate the resilience of survivors who embody the Jewish imperative of “Not Standing Idly By” as upstanders, not bystanders.
Thank you for your commitment to the Arizona Jewish Historical Society’s Hilton Family Holocaust Education Center. Your generosity brings us closer to our $40 million goal! This center is an important legacy project that will benefit Arizonans and visitors for many years to come, thanks to supporters like you.
You can honor a family member or friend by pledging your support, which may be paid over three years. Gifts of $5,000 or more will be recognized on our Donor Honor Board in the lobby of the new center. Donors contributing $100,000 or more can also select naming opportunities. Please contact Frank Jacobson at fjacobson@azjhs.org to view the list of naming opportunities or to discuss how you can contribute.
Thank you for your support.
